Using MediaPilot

By using mediapilottools.com ("MediaPilot", "the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The tools are free for personal and commercial use.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files are processed in your own browser and are not uploaded to us (see the Privacy Policy). You remain responsible for the files you use and for what you do with the results. In particular:

• Only use files you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use the watermark and logo removal tools to remove copyright notices or ownership marks from content you do not have the rights to, or to pass off someone else's work as your own.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the site or other people.

Results and accuracy

Conversions are done automatically and may not match the original exactly, for example in layout, fonts or formatting. Always check the output before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial or official documents. Keep a copy of your original files.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaPilot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its tools, including loss of data, files, profits or business.

Advertising and third-party links

The site shows ads from Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of ads or third-party sites.

Changes

We may change these terms or the tools at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
